Oberlin University, Associate Professor Fumika Noda from the National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education (NIAD-QE), and Professor Hiroshi Ota from the Center for Global Education, Hitotsubashi University, to Taiwan. The speakers shared insights on how institutional research (IR) in Japan integrates with university governance, management, and accreditation reforms. The event also provided a platform for in-depth discussions and exchanges with representatives from various higher education institutions in Taiwan.
