The CHEA International Quality Group (CIQG) is an important international platform dedicated to advancing dialogue on higher education quality, accreditation, and quality assurance worldwide. Its membership brings together higher education institutions, accreditation and quality assurance organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Through international dialogue, professional exchange, research and publications, and the promotion of international quality principles, CIQG facilitates the sharing of experience across countries and higher education systems and encourages discussion of key issues related to cross-border education, international accreditation, and quality assurance.
TWAEA joined CHEA CIQG in 2012, becoming part of its international membership network. Through its engagement with CIQG, TWAEA continues to follow global developments in higher education accreditation, quality assurance, and international quality principles, while strengthening professional connections with higher education institutions and quality assurance organizations worldwide.
TWAEA draws upon the perspectives and knowledge gained through this international network to inform its organizational development, enhance evaluation and accreditation systems, strengthen professional capacity, and promote international exchange.
