Assistant Manager, Mr. Yun-Jung Wu, traveled to Croatia to visit the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) and conducted on-site visits to the University of Zagreb and the University College for Applied Computer Engineering. Observer, Ms. Jiani Chen, from the Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute’s Higher Education Evaluation Office was arranged to visit Jinwen University of Science and Technology and National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology. The visit aimed to provide insights into Taiwan’s technical and vocational education system, including its development status, institutional characteristics, and quality assurance practices.

Professor Yaogang Li, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute, led a delegation to visit TWAEA, where they were welcomed by TWAEA Chairman Dr. Victor W.
